All TCL students are required to use a TCL student email account for communication with TCL faculty and staff. Your TCL email account is free and can be used as long as you like, even after you graduate. For detailed access instructions, click here.
If you have trouble accessing your TCL email, please use the following instructions to troubleshoot. If you are still unable to access your account, contact the TCL help desk at 843-525-8344.
If you receive an error message similar to the following, your browser may be caching your sign-in credentials.
"You're currently signed in with an Office 365 email account which can't be used with Outlook.com. Please click here to sign out of your Office 365 account, then use another Microsoft account to sign in to Outlook.com (for example, your hotmail.com, live.com, or msn.com account)."
Try one of the following:
1. Close all open browsers and start a new browser session.
2. Try a different web browser or computer.
3. Clear your browser's cache and cookies:
a) In Internet Explorer click the Tools icon and then click Internet Options.
b) On the General tab under Browsing history click Delete.
c) In the Delete Browsing History dialog box select Temporary Internet files, click Delete, and then click OK.
d) Close and then reopen the browser.
Students new to online courses should view the Online Course Orientation Video. The orientation covers Blackboard, TCL email, online attendance policies, and much more. Click here to view the Orientation.
In addition to viewing the orientation video, online students may also wish to attend a WebAdvisor, TCL Email, and Blackboard workshop offered through the Learning Resources Center/Library.
